Getting Started with QwikOS

Step 1: Create Your Developer Profile

Navigate to the "Join as Developer" page and complete the registration form with your details:

  • Choose a unique username for your dashboard login
  • Provide your email address
  • Enter your full name
  • Specify any humanoid hardware you own (optional)
  • Create a secure dashboard password (minimum 8 characters)
  • Set up a security question and answer for password recovery

Welcome Bonus: You'll automatically receive 1000 tokens when you create your account!

Step 2: Access Your Developer Dashboard

After registration, you'll receive your dashboard credentials. Sign in to access your developer portal where you can:

  • View your token balance and earnings
  • Submit new apps to the QwikOS App Store
  • Manage your existing app submissions
  • Track submission status (pending, approved, rejected)

Step 3: Submit Your App

Once you've built your app or feature, submit it through the "Submit App" page or your dashboard:

Required Information:

  • App Name: Choose a clear, descriptive name
  • Category: Select from gestures, movements, productivity, etc.
  • Description: Explain what your app does
  • App Icon: Upload a square icon image (PNG/JPG)
  • GitHub URL: Link to your source code repository
  • Hardware Compatibility: Select supported robot models
  • Installation Instructions: Provide setup steps for users

Review Process: After submission, your app will be reviewed by our team. You'll be notified when it's approved and published to the App Store, or if any changes are needed.
